About Us
Grafton Parish Council is made up of 9 parish councillors and a clerk.  All 5 villages in the parish (East Grafton, West Grafton, Wilton, Marten and Wexcombe) are currently represented on the council.
The map below shows where you can find details of conservation areas, tree preservation orders etc.  The up to date information in expanded detail and criteria relating to a specific property can be found on the Wiltshire site by using:
How we work
We meet 6 times a year for regular Parish Council meetings and a further 6 times to discuss planning applications when necessary, plus an AGM/APM in May where we review the year and invite local organisations to speak about their acheivements and plans for the future.
If you wish to find planning applications then the recommended method is to visit the Wiltshire planning website and to search using a date range.
This is usually identified as the ADVANCED SEARCH but may be updated following this entry on our website. Remember to enter GRAFTON as the parish and ignore any other criteria for the most comprehensive results!
There are a number of sub-committees in place:
Coronation Hall
Traffic speed watch
Defibrillator maintenance
Playing field
Pewsey Area Board and Area Partnership
Road and pathway maintenance
All full meetings take place at Coronation Hall, East Grafton SN8 3DB and start at 7.15pm, unless otherwise specified.
Planning meetings take place at the Coronation Hall and start at 1pm. These meetings are only held when there are plans to be discussed.
The agenda for the next meeting can be found here providing that you are looking within a week of the meeting!
Draft minutes from the latest meeting are posted on hamlet notice boards or are available from
